Controlling the system:

The system is controlled by a Resol control unit, which incorporates a system of thermostats. This utilises the solar energy available to maximum efficiency. It also controls the auxiliary heat to provide hot water when there is diminished solar energy.

Every system we design is specifically calculated to give the optimum performance for every building and hence systems can be designed for use with most types of boilers and cylinders including conventional and combination boilers, Agas or Rayburns, biomass boilers and pressurised cylinders.

Installation:

The installation is carried out after a full technical survey. Firstly, the collectors are fitted to the roof which takes as little as half a day depending on each installation. At each stage we check and confirm everything is correct. Secondly, our technician removes the existing cylinder and installs a new bespoke solar cylinder. The rest of the system is then installed. Finally, the system is fully commissioned and tested to ensure our high standards are achieved. A full 1 year guarantee will be issued.
